Content Area Off Canvas Burger Graphics

Hi, I installed PRO and started creating the header and choose the Sticky Header template, everything works ok except that the burger menu graphic is not visible for the Off Canvas area which is under Layout > Bar 1 > Container 1 > Content Area Off Canvas, screenshot attached.

I have made not made any changes or customization to the template out of the box, I also tried to create a new header and create a menu with the burger graphic and it doesn’t appear there either. Screenshot attached.

Any help is appreciated.

It is not a recurring issue, you might try re-installing PRO.

If the issue persists, please provide your URL so we can take a closer look.

I am another staff checking in the thread. I made necessary changes like make the color red to easily see the changes and still nothing. All my changes does not take effect in the live view or in the front end. I went ahead to investigate further and I noticed that you are using CloudFlare. Could you please login to your CloudFlare account and purge your site cache? For best results, please make sure that you are using the recommend CloudFlare settings which you can find it here: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/

Hi RueNel, I went ahead and made the changes to my Cloudflare settings as directed but now the PRO builder is not loading at all, the builder doesn’t even appear… just get the “Howdy! What would you like to launch?” page and the header, content and footer buttons work don’t work anymore, it shows the loading progress but when it finishes it stays on the same page.

Change the password though and have sent it in private message.

The page rules should be these

But I checked and the header builder is loading okay. Then the collapse menu is working too, but what I noticed is, it’s different from your screenshot (a different header). Maybe you replaced it and it’s now working?

Hi Rad, I think you went to www.masterconcepts.net which is going to be the live site address, it has an install currently but its scrap, right now I am working on the staging site address which is stg.masterconcepts.net.

Hi Rad, so back to the original issue, now the burger menu is showing in the front end but not in the backend builder preview, plus, now some of the admin controls are missing on the left bottom, like there is no save button or preview button, and none of the hoover helper highlights are working, like when a bar, container or element is highlighted on mouse hoover, screenshot attached.

Sorry, scratch that, the buttons have become visible again and the hoover is working, it may be loading when I took the screenshot. But the preview is still not showing the burger menu in the builder.

Hi RueNel, you are right, it is working fine on Opera and Firefox, I guess it must be my Chrome browser issue. Thanks for all the help

Hey Amin,

I am using Chrome when I capture that screenshot. It might be Chrome browser caching issue. Please clear the browser cache or use private browsing mode and test it again.
