Content Area Modal / Pop up - Overlap / Double Activation Bug ( 2 popups)

Hey there!
I am having an issue with the content area modal where on click it activates twice. I have updated Wordpress and X to the most recent just this moment and replicated the issue on more than one page on my website with the same result, just so as to eliminate the conditions of:
It being due to some weird code on the original page where the issue started,
it being caused by a desynchronization of wordpress - x,
it happening on only one page.

Please help! thank you in advance!

May I know what page and button has this issue? I checked your site and I see a non-theme/cornerstone popup.

Hey!
Thanks for responding.
It’s the home page’s “Schedule your appointment” button. Doing a quick Cmd + F on screen will show you where it is.
But it’s right below the rev slider on the top of the page, on the second 1/4 block that’s green.

Hi Tobi,

I see multiple modal in the code with the same ID which is my single button triggers the 3. I’m not sure why this is happening and this is my first time seeing like this. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note too?

I sent the new link to login, it’s not /wp-admin. please check the secure note I sent you earlier for the login link

Thanks for clarifying.

The issue is because of Gravity Forms within the modal. There’s currently a known issue with Gravity Forms and the Content Area Modal element but would you mind updating Gravity Forms to 2.4.3.2 first?

If that does not help, regretfully, you will currently need to seek an alternative modal solution like this guide from Gravity Forms: https://docs.gravityforms.com/displaying-form-within-modalpopuplightbox/
