Hi,
I want to use the content area modal as an announcement area that is already open when the page loads. I don’t want a refresh or any user action to see it. I would then like the close button to function as per normal. Can you help me?

What you have in mind will require custom javascript coding that checks if the page is loaded and then will trigger the content area modal to display the modal popup. Regretfully this is beyond of our support scope already. We only cover getting your site setup, bug fixes and guidance for navigating and using the theme, features and all of its elements. You will need to find a 3rd party developer or create the code yourself in order to accomplish this customization request.
