Content area dropdown - Force modal open down

Hi,

I am using Content area dropdown, but whenever there´s a bit more space above the toggle on smaller screens the modal open on the upper area of the toggle and it goes outside the screen.
How can I force the modal to open only down?

Hello @PanInternational,

Thanks for reaching out. The content area dropdown element is different from a content modal element. The dropdown will always appear right below the toggle while the modal will display a lightbox or modal popup in the middle of the screen.

Please clarify a little further.

Hi @ruenel,

I mean the content area dropdown element, not the modal.
Most of the time the dropdown appears bellow the toggle, but if the toggle is on the bottom area of the screen, the dropdown appears above the toggle, because I guess there´s more space above.

I would like to force to open always bellow, even if there´s more space above.

Is it clear?

Hey @PanInternational,

It is designed that way so that the user will always see the dropdown content. There is no option to force it to open below. That would require custom development. Regretfully, custom development is beyond the scope of our product support. We can only answer custom development questions in One
