ContactForm7 - Where do I find my form's shortcode in Cornerstone

WP v7.1.3
PRO v6.9.7
ContactForm7 v6.2.2

Hello. Where do I find my Contact Form 7 shortcode on my page so I can edit it?

In the inspector area, I see an error: “You do not have permission to inspect this element type.” I see this under Content area, Effects & Customize.

Also, I have several buttons throughout the site labeled “Speak to a private advisor” that open up a sidebar with a contact form. When I select these buttons in Cornerstone, the sidebar opens, but I can’t see the shortcode either.

I made this page many years ago. Since then, Themeco PRO has changed, and controls seem to have moved.

These are my three existing shortcodes:
[contact-form-7 id=“3d" title=“Contact us”]
[contact-form-7 id="f
8” title=“Speak to a commercial consultant”]
[contact-form-7 id=“d*****3” title=“Speak to a private advisor”]

Hey @VGonzaloMartinez,

The Content Area element is a deprecated element. It can’t be edited so the way to continue using your Contact Form 7 shortcode is to copy the shortcode from your Contact Form 7 edit page.

Once you have your form, do the following:

  1. delete the Column that holds the Content Area element that holds the current shortcode.
  2. add a new Column
  3. add a Text element to the column
  4. paste your Contact Form 7 shortcode in the Text element.

Thank you!

You are most welcome, @VGonzaloMartinez
