My contactform is acting weird. The checkboxes tag is placed out of alignment of the rest, and both checkboxes and acceptance tag don’t have a space between de checkbox and the label. How can I resolve this?

Except two checkboxes all are the textboxes in the Contact Form,
and styled on the text box classes. So it will not macthing with the checkbox.
If you wish to improve it, you need to check this resource to learn CSS.
