Login credentials are incorrect. Please provide the correct one.
Plus, the issue is with the raw shortcode that you added in your contact form template. It’s not visual composer related, you probably added a corrupted shortcodes.

It worked fine before the 5.1.1 update. It still does not work with the 5.2.1 update.
The code simply stopped working in the contact form.
I agree, it probably has nothing to do with VC as you mention back a few post.

These are what I found,
- It happens even with other themes like TwentyFifteen
- There is no cornerstone and when the theme tries to install it, it says it already exists
My conclusion is, the contact form 7 no longer accept shortcodes other than its own shortcode. OR, it’s caused by faulty cornerstone (not properly installed cornerstone).
My question is did you hide cornerstone? I don’t see it anywhere and it’s a must plugin for the theme. If it’s corrupted, then please provide your FTP login credentials as well and I’ll try installing it on it.

How do I reinstall cornerstone because I don’t see it anywhere or even as an option.
@sfelipesan777 You can delete Cornerstone, then go to the X overview page. It will automatically install it again fresh.
