Hi,

I have one question. For my Contact Form I use the following code:

[contact-form][contact-field label=‘Name’ type=‘name’ required=‘1’/][contact-field label=‘E-Mail’ type=‘email’ required=‘1’/][contact-field label=‘Kommentar’ type=‘textarea’ required=‘1’/][/contact-form]

Is this shortcode from X? I thought it´s from the plugin “Contact Form 7” - but I have checked all my plugins and settings, and I don´t have Contact Form 7 installed. So how does my contact form work? :slight_smile:

I ask this because I like to add a Recaptcha Code to my contact form (without an extra plugin).

I suggest you to install and setup Contact form 7 plugin. Contact form 7 can be installed from X > Validation > Extensions. To get started with Contact form 7 plugin, please take a look at following tutorial.

In Order to integrate reCaptcha with Contact form 7, please take a look at following thread.

thank you for the answer but it does not answer my question.

I don´t like to install another plugin when I already have a working contact form on my site.
My question was where my excisting contact form is coming from?

Hi Michael,

X currently do not have a built in contact form. It looks like you are using a third party contact form plugin.

Perhaps you can check in your plugins page to indicate which contact form you are using.

As I wrote in my first post I have checked all my plugins and I don´t have any Contact Form Plugin installed…
I have also checked my FTP folder… no Contact Form Plugin.

This is why I don´t know how my contact form can work on my site?

It looks like that contact form is from the JetPack plugin.
