Contact Form permanently not sending emails

Hi,

I am using Contact Form 7, updated to the latest version and latest X-Theme.
I am testing after update, but can’t get contact form to work with or without reCaptcha.

I don’t really know what to check and what to change to get it to work.
Any help would be appreciated!
