I think I have to work with negative margin, but of wich elemet?

Yes, this could be done by adding a negative margin to the Contact Form so that it will be pushed up.
You may use the Contact Form 7 for this and set the negative margin to the Contact Form 7 element.
However, please be aware of the possible negative effects to the site’s responsiveness when using negative margin.
