Contact form not working on website

Followed advice given to me. Contact form 7 is installed, and there is a spinet of code o the website and we are still not getting emails. Can someone assist?

Hey There,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Thanks for providing the credentials. I have checked your site and I think you may need to check the SMTP settings of the server and make sure they are in proper order.

Please understand that Contact Form 7 is a 3rd party plugin. We only rely on the given documentation from the creators of that plugin.
