I would like to know where and how to create the new page that open after answering the contact form.

Hi Marina,

This is usually a settings on the contact form plugin you were using. I can see you are using contact form 7. Please check this video as guide:

You can create a normal page using Pro content editor. Then using the settings on the plugin, redirect it to that page.
