Contact Form field not showing for mobile apple

I need help. my website contact form field is not showing up. i am using x theme. i attached the info in secured note.

I checked your given page URL it seems that Contact Form-7 fields are rendering on the frontend properly. It might be the issue of cache at your end. Please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

There is nothing special with the contact form. It should display on android and on apple devices. At the moment, I do not have an iPhone so I cannot check it. There is nothing wrong with the contact form because it is displaying on my android device.

One thing I am sure of, you are using Cloudflare. Please log in to your CloudFlare account and purge your site cache. You also need to regenerate the minified CSS and JS files in CloudFlare.
