Hello. Several of our users have said they are having issues with our contact form. After you do the I am not a robot test, all of the info erases.
We are having issues with our accordions not expanding, our mobile menu not working, and now this, so I’m wondering if it has to do with something on the website rather than the contact form. Please advise. Thank you.

I have checked the pages and found the issue you described. But it seems that it is an issue related to the 3rd Party plugin, for that you need to contact the Plugin Author. Please remember that we don’t offer any support to the 3rd party plugins or related issues.
