Contact Form email stopped working

Hi
I’ve created a booking form using contact form 7 and it was working fine - ie, the email was outputting all of the correct fields. It’s now stopped working. It’s only outputting a few of the lines and seeing the rest as blank.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! It could be a plugin conflict as well. Could you please try disabling the plugins that you have activated recently and test your contact form again.

Also you can try re-creating your form again and test.
