Contact form don´t work and clicks on mobile don´t response

HI, we have problems with the contact form 7, we have added a few fields and only arrived email field and mesagge field to our email when customers write in the form.
Other problem that we have it´s that when you navigate on a phone, all the links are dead, they not response but all of them work fine on desktop.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and I see you’re using an outdated version of X and Cornerstone which could be causing the issue. Please update your theme and plugins to the latest version according to our version compatibility list here https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thanks for your reply but it didn´t work… i´d update Theme X and all plugins but i have the same problem.

Did you visit our site? can you check the problems by yourself? Please let me know if you find something wrong… visit using your cellphone and your pc please

Hi Pablo,

Did you do something on your site recently with regards to images? I notice that a lot of images are missing on your site.



Regarding the mobile menu issue, I see your Cornerstone is an update behind, please update your Cornerstone to the latest version (4.2.3)

Again, if you have caching plugin and features, please clear those after update.

Regarding your Contact form 7 issue, please make sure you properly configure the mail part of your form.

hello!! thanks, the contact form had a bad config. i can resolve. the problem in mobile phones was the scroller. i desactivate this plugin and the mobile version work ok. the cornestone it´s ok.
