Contact Form Design Cloud Issue and Cornerstone Issue?

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to let you know that the previews for all of your contact forms in design cloud do not preview correctly. Screenshot of one of them below as an example. (Tested in Chrome and Firefox in Pro 4.0.11)

Also i have noticed that when installing something from design cloud (e.g. a footer), you have to come out of cornerstone completely before the footer template actually shows as a selection when creating a new footer. It’s as if cornerstone isn’t refreshing the changes until you go out and back in.

Unfortunately, we are not able to replicate the issue described in your thread. There might be some different reason behind it, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: I would also request you to update the Pro to the latest version i.e 4.1.3, which has some issue already fixed with it.
