Contact form button only appears on hover

When I first created my contact form the submit button would only appear when you hovered over it.
So I looked online for custom css for it to show and inserted & bam its fixed…or is it? It seems to only show on the broswer that Ive chosen to log in my wordpress site with. On internet explorer, my friends computer & my phone the button does not show. I’ve disabled all of the non critical plugins and its still not showing. We all have cleared our cache , reloaded the page and still nothing.

Thanks for writing in!
I tested in a Windows 7 PC with IE 11 without login and the button is working fine.

Can you please confirm your friends PC OS and browser version.

Windows 10 ie11 & chrome the latest version. As well my phone is showing the same issue.

Sorry, but we can not replicate the issue on our end.

Please Purge All Caches your W3 Total Cache plugin, and clear your browser’s cache as well.

Clear your web browser’s cache, cookies, and history
Clear WordPress cache with W3 Total Cache
