Contact Form 7 Not Sending Mail

When I inspect element, I’m getting the following error:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://sanmarinoclub.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/dist/js/site/x.js.map

I’m wondering if this is why my Contact Form is not sending.
It worked as currently configured in the past - I don’t know why it’s not workin now.

Obviously the url in question is the same as above - the direct link to the form is: sanmarinoclub.com/contact

Can you please help me?
