Contact Form 7 not active

I initially deleted the contact form from the Contact page before disabling the page itself. How do I get back the Contact Form that I trashed since I want to reinstate the page again? Here is the page I’m referring to:

Hi Maria,

Thanks for writing in! First make sure that you have the Contact Form 7 plugin installed on your WordPress site (https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/). Then if you don’t have any contact forms already, you need to add one. Refer to their documentation here (https://contactform7.com/docs/).

Once you have at least one contact form, you can then edit your page using Cornerstone editor and use Contact Form element to display the created contact form.
