Contact Form 7 / MailChimp integration

Hello,

I realise this isn’t a theme issue, but can I have some advice please?

I would like to know if it is possible to do this:

I have an API key connecting CF7 to a Mailchimp list.
On the contact form are 4 options (for a user to request further information PDF on that topic).
I have these four separate emails created in MailChimp, but I’m struggling with finding out how to get Mailchimp to send the relevant email based on the form input, unless I have 4 forms and 4 API Keys?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any suggestion for this as this has nothing to do with the theme. It would be best to get in touch with the support for MailChimp or Contact Form 7 for this as what you are trying to do is specific to the mentioned plugins.
