Thank you for writing in, please note that Contact Form 7 is one of our recommended plugins but we can not provide support for it and its 3rd party addons. And another thing WordPress itself is considering dropping the support for IE11 since there are only less than 1% of people using IE11.

Unfortunately, this problem also occurs in the latest version of Safari.

I suspect that this is a conflict or bug in the latest release. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.
