Contact form 7 in local language translation not showing

Hi there. Please have a look at this page /contact and the corresponding local language page /da/kontakt . The local language version was made in accordance with your instructions. But on the local language page, the contact form 7 does not display. It seems that I can replicate the issue on all other local language pages as well. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you have not translated the Contact Form properly. Please review the detailed instruction to properly translate a Contact Form 7 form with WPML.

Hi there. I have translated using the classic translation by copying the EN page via cornerstone page builder. In the local language page I have simply chosen another contact form (still a contract form 7), which is in Danish. So I don’t understand your comment. Would you elaborate please?

Hello @nblund,

Instead of having two separate CF7 forms, e.g. Contact Us EN form and Contact Us DE form, create only one form. Use only one “Contact Us” form and follow the correct way of translating the form as what has provided in the official WPML documentation of how you can translate Contact Form 7.

Hi @nblund,

Yes, you can use the different forms for different languages. But in your case, it seems that the local language version does not have the form added with or is not able to interpret the form properly.
I would request you to share the provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Exact Page URL where you are having this issue
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @nblund,

I just check your contact page and found out that the Classic Contact Form 7 element is not working on the danish page. Temporarily, I use the Raw Content element in your danish contact page and just paste the shortcode from the contact form page and the contact form is now showing properly. Just wait for a patch that will fix the issue using the Classic Elements with a shortcode.
