Contact Form 7 error: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Hi - my contact form 7 is suddenly showing this Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
error.

I cleared my cache (using Cloudflare, purged and entered Development Mode to bypass cache.

I disabled all my plugins - and now it reads ‘One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.’.

I haven’t touched my contact form in several weeks.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! I see that you’re using CloudFlare service. Make sure to clear CloudFlare cache and also make sure to disable CSS & Javascript autominification options under the Speed tab of your CloudFlare account.

Try clearing your browser cache or try testing your site again in incognito mode and see if that works.

Thanks!

Hi - thanks for the response. I cleared / purged my cache and it’s still in development mode so it’s bypassing Cloudflare.

I also don’t have CSS & Javascript autominification on. It’s never been on.

It’s still not working.

Hi There,

I’ve just tested the contact form 7 and it was working fine.

Could you please check again?

Thanks.

Still having issues. Going to look into it more.

Hi There,

Upon testing, I see the issue is still there. It could be related to your captcha or other fields as well.

The best way would be to test your form by removing fields one by one.

Also the following resources may help you.

Thanks!

Yes - I’m going through that… Will update. Thanks.

Sure, and you’re most welcome
