Contact Form 7 Element missing from builder

Hi
I’m trying to use Contact Form 7 but cannot find it in the elements section of the builder (I have installed and activated it)

I have a work around by using the text widget and pasting in the shortcode, however the docs say that there should be a drag and drop element in the builder.

Am I missing something or has it been moved.

I am using Pro V 3.2.3

Hello Campbell,

Thanks for reaching to us. The Contact Form 7 element should be present in the element list as long as you have not disabled it.

Please go to Pro > Settings > Permissions > Classic Elements and make sure that the “Classic Contact Form 7” element is not disabled.

Hi thanks for the reply

I’ve have checked and it is selected on (green) in admin, editor and author. I have disabled it for everyone else.
Just notices that it is visible on the page (content section) of the builder but not the header or footer.
Any ideas

Hi Campbell,

Only the standard/V2 elements are available in Pro Header and that’s the reason why you can’t find the Classic elements in Pro Header. On the other hand, I suggest that you will use a “Raw Content” element and copy the contact form 7 shortcode then paste it to “Raw Content” element to display it in the Pro Header.

managed to find the answer on another topic…instead of using the Raw Content, I pasted it into the a text element.
