Contact form 7 - editing

I notice the pro theme has this, but in the normal theme the plugin now does not work.

I have seen the element in the theme, but do not see where to set the message or the return email?

Not sure what exactly you are trying to mean by that. If you are trying to find the Settings of specific Contact Form 7, please go to the Mail tab of the specific Form as shown in the screenshot.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
