Contact Form 7 - Adding New Forms Saves Over Itself

Hello!

I’ve been trying to add contact forms by using Contact Form 7. However, when I select the Add New button, it just saves over the previous one I saved. How can I resolve this issue?

First, please make sure that you are using a compatible version of the plugin.

Then as a basic troubleshooting step, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please check for any error on the console. Using Chrome Developer tools, under console tab you can see any error that is happening when you add the button.
