I want to Create a form with ‘Contact Form 7’, and show it on the popup modal created by ‘ConvertPlus’ .
Would i need to purchase additional plugins to achieve this?

No, You don’t need to purchase additional plugins to achieve this. You can create Form from "Contact From-7 "

Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Now copy the shortcode of the “Contact-Form-7” and then create Model Popup from “ConvertPlus”

Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Now use the shortcode of “Contact-Form-7” in place of text in the Popup Model
