Contact 7 Form Email Issue

Hi,
So, I don’t know if you can help me out with this issues or not. But My contact 7 form is not working properly. It works fine on my others sites, just not this one. When I fill out the form and hit submit, I get a message that says “thank you, your message has been sent.” When I check my email I don’t actually receive the message that I was told sent.

Why am I not receiving my contact 7 form messages?

Thanks for writing in and the details!
I checked your website and the contact form setting, everything looks fine.
The issue may be due to the mail server SMTP setting of your server. This is something you have to check in your side as there is nothing to do with the theme.
Here is video which may help you with this, or you can contact your service provider for that.
