Constant Loading in Cornerstone

We have been battling over the last few months to do any edits to our site as we really struggle to get the cornerstone editor to load. It either constantly shows a loading screen or just shows a white page

All we would like to do is update pages without having to constantly battle to do so. We have tried everything on previous forum posts to no avail.

Please help.

Hello @TVBCOffice,

I tried to investigate your settings but while checking the plugin conflict on your staging site got down, I tried to fix it but your given FTP details are not working I would suggest you log in through the FTP and access the directory wp-content/plugins/ and rename the “w3-total-cache” directory “w3-total-cache-test” and then let us know.

Please share the correct FTP details.

Thanks

Hi there,

The login details are for SFTP and not FTP. They work fine with SFTP.

The directory for w3 cache is already set to w3-total-cache-old

Thanks

Hi @TVBCOffice,

After a deep investigation, I found that the custom CSS code is hiding the DIV which shows the Builder output. I went ahead and commented out the specific code which resolves your issue. If you require the code, please use any specific selector class or id for further implementation.

Thanks
