Have there been any solution for this? I’m also having trouble with updating the mailchimp connect addon for ConvertPlus that comes with X. And i can’t talk with their support since i don’t have a purchase key.
I did try with deleting and re-installing ConvertPlus.

Unfortunately, at the moment you need to delete ConvertPlus + The Addon Files.
You won’t lose your forms.
After that, you can re-install them.
Let us know how it goes, if that does not work please open a new thread and provide your Wp Admin Credentials and FTP Credentials in a secure note.
