"Congratulations, you've successfully updated pro!" is stuck at the top and it's messing with CSS in dashboard

I can’t open media manager, I can’t seem to do much because that message is just stuck there and I can’t get rid of it. It’s shifting everything around.

Thank you for writing in, that should not be, there should be an x button on that notice.

It could be caching-related, please clear all your caching plugins and features. If that did not resolve, please do testing for a plugin conflict.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

setup a secure note. i’ve done all the above already. can’t figure it out.

You can disable the specific Notification by adding the following code into your child’s theme.

remove_action( 'admin_notices', 'x_version_migration_notice' );
