I installed a site from the design cloud but now I am able to edit everything form the theme options header section but what if I want to do a few things with this setup.
1 Remove the background picture
2 User UberMenu
3 Use One Page Navigation
4 Bring the current header into the header builder so I can dynamically edit it as needed

Hello Joe,
Thanks for writing in! To better assist you with your issue, please provide the URL of the site that you are working. I have checked the one attached to your license code in your Themeco account and it seems that it is using default navigation.
Be advised that this default header cannot be edited with the Header Builder. You will have to create your own custom header or simply replicate it in the builder so that you can insert your custom background image, Ubermenu and add your One Page navigation in it. If you are not familiar with the Header builder yet, perhaps this video can help you:

I asked how to remove the picture in the background, I understand how headers work and how the functions in this video work. I just don’t see where the image is located to replace it.
Resolved, the slider is where I needed to go.
