Conflict with Ultimate Member and Cornerstone

Hi there,
I’m using Pro and the plugin Ultimate Member. When UM is active I don’t have access to links and media folder via cornerstone. How can I fix this?

Hi There,

Can you give us screenshot of the issue? Based on the information you have given, I am not sure yet if you’re asking for the media folder when using an image element or other scenario. If that is the case, and you have confirmed that specific plugin caused the issue, would you mind giving us credentials using a secure note so we can double check? We will check the situation, though we can’t promise a fix especially if the root cause of the issue is coming from a third party plugin. This probably needs an investigation from the plugin developer.

Hi Lely,
Please find two screenshots attached, one with UM on and one with off. You may see in the yellow field that the image is marked but doesn’t show layout options in both cases, only when UM is off. Same happens to links, I cannot edit them or choose a link from inside the page.
I can’t give you credentials at this point but maybe later.

Hi Illa,

I have installed the same plugin while using Pro and I can duplicate the issue. I can see a connection reset error on the console once the UM plugin is active. Please check in first on the Ultimate plugin developer and let us know what they can find.
