Conflict with Thrive Themes?

Hi, I have recently started using Thrive Themes Landing Pages. Since then, whenever I am Duplicating a page (using Duplicator Plugin) and using X theme (Cornerstone) to Edit the page, I am getting a conflict. How should I fix it? Thanks.

There were no issues submitted to us with thrive themes until now. In this case, please share us your admin credentials so we could identify the problem.

Don’t forget to set it in a secure note.

Do you mean you get this error?

That is because you edited the content outside of Cornerstone using a different page builder. There’s no way to edit it back but to revert from a database backup.

But earlier when I used the Duplicator plug in to clone a page, it used work just file with X theme and I was able to edit the page easily.

Hi There,

I tried the same duplicator plugin on my test site and it works. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbjvfJIVoW. See how after the page have been duplicate, it is still on Cornerstone tab. When I check you page, it is on Visual Tab. Are you sure you did not edit it outside Cornerstone. That’s the only reason you might get that issue.

Yes, I did not edit it but Thrive theme took over and did it on it’s own.

Hi There,

This sounds quite unusual.

Unfortunately, if your page has been duplicated it is not editable via Cornerstone.

If you need to duplicate pages you need to use Cornerstone template function.

You can export/Import pages as templates in Cornerstones to replicate the layout.
