Conflict Error Message

Receiving a notice that states “Conflict on your front end has prevented the preview from loading” every time I try to launch the Pro Editor tool. I am unable to view the content to update or change anything within my website pages or theme. I tried deactivating my cache plugin and it seemed to remove the preview issue from active pages, but still appears with new page creation.

Hi There Please check bellow

Hello @basanta, thank you for looking into this issue, however I am still having the same problem whenever I try to open my ‘Tech’ page. I just deleted it and tried to recreate it this morning since there was no content in it previously. I am hard-wired into the network so I don’t believe the network connection is slow.

I get this message:

Hi There,

I checked the “TEST” page and added sample content everything working fine please check the screenshot. Also you can check the page I have added content and it has saved it properly.

Thanks

Hello Basanta,

Thank you for your reply. I have included the following to review.

Hi There,

I didn’t find the page called “tech” in the site. and the uRL you are referring now is different from the previous.
Please let us know, which is the correct one.

Thanks

@basanta the issue continues…

Hi there,

I see a similar issue before, it’s not working when using specific URL slug and it happens to be the cache. That’s because the cache is bound to the current page and of course URL. Could you try installing Transient Cleaner plugin and clean all the transients then test it again.

Another thing is, permalink conflict, that URL slug maybe existing somewhere on your site. Like a post, or another page, or post/page under the trash section, or an image file name (when an image is uploaded, WordPress will use its name as attachment URL). Please check that too.

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

Thank you for your response and potential solutions. I did try downloading the transient cleaner as well as the cleaning out the cache but for whatever reason the page issue continues when I try to create it. I also deleted all images previously used in the ‘technology’ page as well and deleted both pages prior to deleting the cache and using the cleaner plugin. I am really confused as to how to move forward from here as this issue has persisted for at least a week now unresolved. Do you have any other suggestions as to how to solve this problem?

Hi There,

Would you mind checking in with your hosting provider? Check error logs, htaccess or security rules with them. When I tried this link: http://www.loadrpm.com/tech1 it is correctly showing page not found, but then when I tried this: http://www.loadrpm.com/tech, it shows an iframe content not related to your current design. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cb6T1eI9zu

It seems like something is injected. An iframe was injected to that URL.

Hello Lely,

Thank you for your input. I have had our IT restore our site back to before certain updates and am now able to view the hidden pages. I am also in the process of waiting to hear back from our hosting server as it has been compromised. However, I am unsure as to what the server issue has to do with the theme animation not previewing? If you have any advice as to how to resolve this, I would be grateful… thank you in advance.

Hi there,

It looks like a parking page, which means your hosting is overriding that page itself. It can be done only in hosting level since Wordpress doesn’t use any parking page. So yes, please contact them and ask why that specific page displays a parking page.

A parking page is displayed if your site isn’t available yet (like in the process of DNS propagation) or if you newly signup with their service.

Thanks!
