I troubleshooted by changing and reactivating a common theme other than Pro and the form worked.

I uploaded files within the form and submitted the form. no notifcation worked and the file was not uploaded in my Dropbox.

It seems Pro theme has conflicted with dropbox addon of GF. Please help!

Hi There,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Joao,
I have done troubleshooting and the theme is the culprit. I deactivated all plugins once and used the pro theme only (also tried x theme as well) and the problem was still there. I simply changed the theme and it worked! It appears the problem is with the theme that I can’t get my files in Dropbox. Your theme facilitates adding Gravityform in every page of your theme. I think this is your responsibility to do something about when the problem is from your side. It is not simply a CSS question, it is a functionality question related to the Pro theem and I am stuck in it because I use Pro!

Hi there,

Thank you for your report. We will inform this to our development team. But as my colleague mentioned this is an incompatibility between our theme and an add-on of a 3rd party plugin, if the plugin works on other themes is not related to what the situation is. We can not guarantee the work of our theme with all possible 3rd party plugins.

Gravity Forms is an important one and we will surely follow up the case but it will not be a guarantee of a conflict removal with an add-on of that plugin.

Here is the report we have to our development team:

Thank you for your understanding.
