Configuration issues on site [PRO]

Hello guys,

i wanted to ask if you could take a look at a dev site i’m working on and tell me why are the following issues arising:

1)convertplus: whenever i click on the “send” button on the newsletter slide-in shortcode, another slide-in appears in the bottom of the screen.

  1. Fonts not following the theme-options configuration: I created 2 font templates: body/content and headings. i set them up on the theme options but both the headings and the body/content are showing a different font (lato). i suppose there must be something i’m missing here, because it usually works whenever i configure them throug the theme options. here i have to manually configure them or configure them through css (which isn’t really an issue but i was wondering why is it happening on this site in particular).

i hope you get to the bottom of it and i thank you in advance.

Thanks for writing in!

1.) Please remove the shortcode you have added in the footer builder and set the slide in so that it will automatically slide in on the page. The Slide in stand for a slide in. Displaying it inline may be a bug because it should only display as a slide in.

2.) I have inspected your site and I found out that you have a duplicate font settings.

Please remove the duplicates and test your site again.

  1. i actually wanted to add it inline in te footer, i think it’s a bug on their side since i’ve done this several times on several sites back when it was “convertplug” and never had such issue. they even added the shortcode to add it inline and everything.

  2. i don’t really see any duplicates, maybe you erased them? (this is what i see: http://prntscr.com/gy43ih )
    if you did, the problem still persists :confused:

  • Yep it seems to be a bug, we will be in contact with the developers of the ConvertPlus plugin, but as this should be fixed from their side we can not have any guarantee and an ETA for a fix.

  • I went to Pro > Launch > Theme Options > Typography. I turned off the Font Manager. Saved the Settings, and then Turned the Font Manager on again and saved the settings. Now it works correctly.
