Conerstone not working: 404-error

First Cornerstone didn’t load: the logo kept spinning after clicking the button ‘Edit with Cornerstone’.
After searching and reading in the Support-forum, I cleaned browser cache. Now clicking the button ‘Edit with Cornerstone’ results in showing the custom 404-page.

Loading the editor in another browser (Firefox instead of Chrome), still gives the ever spinning Cornerstone-logo.

Help is desperately needed… Many thanks in advance.

Make sure your permalinks are set to post name.
