Conditions will not apply (Archive Template)

My goal is to exclude posts with a specific category AND/OR a specific author from the blog page I have established on my site: https://www.moxcar.com/news.

I have applied these conditions (pictured below) to the archive template settings but the conditions will not render. I appreciate any help on this. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out.
The condition is not very clear. The existing condition will be applied to the Blog page if Post Category is not in the specified list. I would suggest you try by set the All Archives instead of Blog. If that does not work, please explain the condition a bit more and provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
