Conditions and Assignments "Product Category" not found

I have created a custom header that has several elements in it and I am trying to work with the conditions and assignments of a specific element to have it show on a specific product category. The problem is under the elements “Conditions” dropdown the “Product Category” is not an option like in all the tutorials. It is nowhere to be found. So I guess my question is “How can I hide a specific element in my custom header from a specific product category?”

This is what the tutorials show.

The Product Category condition is only available in the header conditions.

This is not available in the element conditions. You may use this condition instead:
