Conditional visibility vs specialist plugin like Toolkit for restricted access

I am creating a site with log in ability. With X Pro, we can now restrict view based on user log in status. Is this the same as a plugin like Toolset where you have access control (or other membership plugins)?
Is there something extra these plugins do to protect content?
I am trying Toolset, however, the customs forms don’t do exactly what I need. So I am using another specialist form plugin and hope conditional visibility (or whatever it is called) would do. If so, I don’t need Toolset.
Is this correct?
Thanks again.

Hi @Innovatek,

Thanks for reaching out.
You can find any plugin related to it from the WordPress repository here is this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/conditional-content/

Thanks

Thanks for the quick response.
Looking at these plugins, it seems you already have most of these features built within X Pro’s Conditional rules.
This should also include Other pages like a user account page.
I already have a custom post type and custom fields plugin And a form plugin for user account creation.
Am I understanding this correctly? Can X Pro then cover the restricted content?
Cheers
Ken

Hi @Innovatek,

There are no such restriction content settings using the Pro. I suggest that you follow what my colleague suggests that you will use some pre-built plugins that can do the restriction.

Thank you.
