Hello, this bug is still existing. What it worked for me is only setting it the first time. after that making any changes, deleting it or creating a new one does not work.
Please let me know where this data is saved into DB or file so I can reset it to default.

Thanks for writing in! The Headers is a custom post type. The conditions you have set in the Bar elements is attached to each custom header. To better assist you with your issue, please provide us access to your site so we can check your custom headers and its conditions. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
