Conditional Menu Items

Hi,

I’d like a conditional menu item but I’m not sure how to do this, please can anyone help?

So in my Main Menu, I’d like it to show a Login link but if the user is logged in I’d like it to display a My Profile link.

How would I go about this please?

We do not have such a feature in our theme. I did a Google Search regarding this that can help you with your research for such a feature.
