Hey! I’m trying to hide specific page elements based on a page category and I can’t find that option under “conditions”. Any ideas?
Hello @morrmeroz,
Thanks for writing to us
By default, WordPress doesn’t provide any taxonomy or category option on the page so there won’t be any condition available related to page category. In case you are pointing to something else please provide more information or share a video so that we can check it.
Thanks
I am using a plugin called Pages with category and tag which allows adding categories to pages.
Hi @morrmeroz,
I would suggest you contact the plugin author in this case, as we don’t provide any support on 3rd Party plugins.
Thanks
Is there anyway that you can think of that I can target a bunch of pages without manually excluding them one by one?
Hello @morrmeroz,
If the Pages with category and tag plugin add a category or tag classes on all pages, you can use those classes to target the pages. For further assistance, it is best to contact the creator of the plugin because they should be able to give more details on how their plugin works.
Cheers.
Can you just tell me where or how I can target these classes? Or what exactly should I ask the plugin developer?
Hi @morrmeroz,
You can use the classes in custom CSS code and add them to Page CSS or Global CSS.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
