Components with parameters for tabs - Can a Gravity Forms short code be used under one of the tabs

Hi There -

We have a component with parameters which contains the tab element. We inserted the component for the extended product information of a Woocommerce product. We then added a Gravity Forms form via the short code method under one of the tabs. Viewing the product on the front end the Gravity Form does not display.

Can a Gravity Forms short code be used under one of the tabs when the tabs is contained in component with parameters? Or is there an adjustment we need to make to the component so the form displays?

We use theme x, and woocommerce.

Hello Tim,

Thanks for writing in! Please understand that the Gravity Forms needs to initialize upon page loading. When the form is not visible on page load, the initialization will not continue thus as soon as you display the tab where the form should display, nothing is on it or that the form will not function properly. It may work in some cases but may also fail. We do nore recommend adding the form inside a tabbed content, accordion element or on any element that the form will not display on the page once loaded.
