I have a live landing page on the x theme and have been building a new wireframe/website the past several weeks (the current landing page will be taken down, a new static page will be made the “front-page” - this is not going to be an online store). After a final review, it became clear that the Pro theme would give me the flexibility to build the site/features we want. I’ve referenced the official themeco documentation on what to do prior to upgrading, and how to upgrade, however I’m running into an issue with the payment. My company has several domains and at least one of them is running on Pro - the plan I was looking to purchase is the single license for $99/year. Upon payment submission I am getting the error “limit reached” and then “rejected”. Am I running into this problem because a separate domain is on a Pro license?
