Hello. Am having problems with my theme not being compatible with a plugin. Everything was all fine until i updated the plugin. What should i do.
Hey Kingsley,
Please note first that we do not provide support for third-party plugins. But, we are interested to know what part of our theme is causing the issue provided that it’s proven that our theme really is the cause of the issue. We’ll then post this case in our issue tracker so it will be queued to be checked by our development team and they will determine if they will provide compatibility with the 3rd party plugin.
That said, please first perform all the Troubleshooting Steps listed in our Common Issues article here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues
Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to determine if our theme is the cause of the issue and if you found that this is the case, copy your live site to a staging server then give us the following information in a Secure Note.
- Name of the third-party plugin that is in conflict with our theme
- Details of the issue
- Staging WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
- FTP access
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
Thanks.
Ok cool. I have provided the credentials you asked for. Where can i upload screenshots so that i can show you what i mean.
Hi Kingsley,
The given page URL where the problem exists is only accessible after login. And after login, it shows the proper output as attached screenshot in the secure note. As the issue is not been replicated to diagnose, can you please provide a screenshot of what you are exactly seeing, or make the URL accessible without login to examine the problem.
NOTE: to upload the image with your comment, just click into the Image
icon in the editor and choose the image to upload.
Thanks
Am not seeing the image button. But the problem is happening on my Subscription Plan page. It’s not styled. It’s only showing plain text.
Hi Kingsley,
Please provide us screenshots in order for us to determine what issue your are facing on. To add a screenshots to this thread, please click the image icon or you can use any 3rd party extension that can take any screenshots and paste the URL here.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hi Kingsley,
While trying to access the URL in the given screenshot it is redirecting to member-login page and shows the output properly.
And the output shown in the screenshot is not been replicated here, and so it could not be investigated or compared with what you are seeing.

Please let us know, what are the exact steps to replicate the issue you are having, it will help us to diagnose the problem.
Thanks
Here’s the screenshots links again
What exactly do you guys need from me again? Am finding it difficult to understand. I have already explained everything. You guys can access my staging site, right?
I gave you guys the login details to my staged site.
Hey Kingsley,
We are not seeing the same as your screenshots. We only see a login form when in incognito mode of the browser and see an admin message when logged in.
What are the steps so we can get exactly the same view as in your screenshots?
Anyway, I deactivate all plugins except Cornerstone and the Member Pro plugin and also installed and activated the Twenty20 theme in your staging site.
Please also take a screenshot of how it looks on 2020 theme and our theme with all other plugins still deactivated.
Thanks.
It’s still doing that.
Don’t worry guys. I have fixed it.
Hi Kingsley,
Glad to hear that.
Thanks
