Hi Everyone,
I just installed the plugin “PeepSo - The Next Generation Social Networking |”
but after activation my site had a problem see the picture please.

I try to correct the problem by disabling the plugins but without success.

it may be that this plugin is not compatible with my theme X PRO.

Can you help me please?

Hi Mohamed,

Thanks for writing in! I see that you have added FTP credentials, but we will require your WordPress credentials to check your backend of the site.

In the meantime, if you’re using any caching plugins, you need to purge your server cache and also if you’re using a CDN service like CloudFlare, you need to purge CDN cache as well.

As we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins, you can also contact the plugin author directly.

Thanks for updating the thread.

Please never share login details in public. Always use secure note feature so that the information is in between you and Themeco staff.

Upon logging I cleared the cache and website is working fine now. Please clear cache and see how it goes.
