Compatibility issues

Hi,

This was an email from one of the plugins we use (Product bundles) for woocommerce.

Since a recent update the plugin has stopped working as it should.

Could you please look into it as there’s nothing that the plugin authors can do.

“Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out!

It appears that your theme is using AJAX-enabled add-to-cart buttons in product pages. By default, WooCommerce includes this functionality only for add to Cart buttons located in shop pages/archives.

To get this feature to work with custom product types, such as Product Bundles and Bookings, your theme will likely need to be updated by its author to work properly. Although this isn’t something that we can solve on our end, we’d be happy to make any changes that your theme authors may need to support Product Bundles – if there is something we’ve missed.

To confirm this, you could switch your active theme back to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Nineteen or the WooCommerce-compliant Storefront theme.

Cheers,”

Many thanks
Kyle

Hello Kyle,

Would you mind providing us more information about what is not working on your site anymore?

Have you tried switching themes to check if the issue is not theme related?

Please also provide us with the URL of the site in question and make sure that the X and Cornerstone version of your site is updated.

Hope this helps.
